Vehicle Fire Suppression & Lubrication Maintenance Plans

Scheduled Vehicle Fire Suppression System Inspections

Fire suppression systems on mobile equipment require regular equipment maintenance inspections, conducted by authorized installers/distributors for manufacturers’ warranties to remain valid.

CHUBB Fire Suppression Systems recommends servicing your fire suppression system every 3-4 months. Routine maintenance identifies and allows you to fix small issues before they become big problems and ensures your system functions when it’s needed most. If you already have CHUBB vehicle fire suppression systems installed on your critical equipment, let us be your inspection service provider.

Our Fire Suppression System Maintenance Plans Include:

  • Semi-annual visits conducted by qualified service technicians with fully equipped Mobile Workshops
  • Inspection and testing of fire suppression systems as installed on the specified machine
  • Inspection of electrical actuators, dry chemical tanks, wet chemical tanks, mounting brackets and straps within the fire suppression system
  • Inspection of chemical hoses, tubing, nozzles, caps and control unit
  • Minor repairs to the system conducted during the inspection
  • Completed Inspection report
  • Detailed documented recommendations if applicable like as PMCL form, for any service or repairs that require more time to complete or component replacement, to be scheduled for a later date.
