Dual-line Lubrication Systems

CISO automatic dual-line systems are designed for large setups with multiple lubrication points requiring different amounts of lubricant. These central dual-line lubrication systems operate using two main lines, which are alternately supplied with lubricant from a high-pressure pump through a change-over valve, capable of reaching up to 400 bar (5,800 psi). Branch lines connected to dual-line metering devices along the main lines deliver substantial volumes of lubricant to the lubrication points. Additionally, end-of-line pressure switches are used to control and monitor the performance of these centralized dual-line lubrication systems.
